This is a good little drum for my 14 now 17 month old who loves to drum on daddy's drum. But it's just the right size for him! Very pretty and stands up to the beating of being dragged around the house, to day care and back as well as the occasional toss across the living room.Well worth the money for my son. A bit small if you are looking for something for say a five or 6 year old. Maybe a size or 2 up.
